  • Writing and/or reviewing the purchase agreement, negotiating the sale, finding the best available financing to bring you the greatest possible net.
  • Follow up on all details of the closing: mortgage application for the buyers, appraisal ordering and follow up, checking on mortgage approval, order title work and direct it to the title company and order closing papers drawn and confirm the closing date and time with all parties.
